Reporting Emergency Maintenance After Hours

If a life or significant injury is threatened, you should immediately phone 000 in the first instance.

 Emergency Maintenance includes:

  • Electrical faults
  • Burst water pipes.
  • Hot water systems excessively leaking or not heating.
  • Sewerage issues such as a blocked toilet.
  • Any other issues that could pose a health or safety threat.

All other requests must be logged through the Tenant Portal
